I agree. I wonder when the actual order was placed with HO.

I rang TMX back to find out that dispatch was actually from their Melbourne warehouse last Wednesday so it's now officially lost in the mail! Can't believe my consultant didn't notice the tracking hadn't changed since it was dispatched 9 days ago  :-\, anyway they have put in a request to Australia post but have said this takes up to 5 days to be reviewed and answered. With the Melbourne cup holiday on Tuesday even looks like I won't hear anything until at least late next week  :(

The money was taken from my CC on September 18th which is the same day that I provided my consultant with my details, so it appears the problem is with Australia Post.

Wonder so sorry to hear this.  Australia post is useless. I sent a Thermoserver to UK and it took 6 months to arrive.  They wouldn't even investigate until 6 months had passed.

Australia Post managed to lose a book of DD's that was near enough to the size of a thermomix. Good luck Wonder. Your consultant doesn't have it under her bench does she?

I would hope so, too!  A learning curve for the consultantl, I think. Could be wrong but training for consultants seems to be very sketchy and minimal from what I've observed over time.

Wonder, I do hope this all resolves soon.  It's a frustrating start for sure!!
