Just made these. They smell divine. 3 different oven shelves each one a shade different. Putting the pale ones back in as they need a bit more cooking.

The paler ones would have been OK to freeze MF, they will brown up whilst reheating.

Our DS gave me a packet of Puff Pastry and so made just one of these today.I halved the filling and it just fitted! I had forgotten how delicious this recipe is  ;D
