I keep mine in the pantry usually. It seems to get used fairly quickly.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Wonderful stuff. Found a new use for it.  Brush on baking tray before putting Nacho chips and cheese on tray.  Didn't stick.
I leave it on the bench if I am doing a lot of baking.  In fridge if not using for a week.  I use coconut oil and give it a good stir before using as it does separate. Put plenty on.

Is that coconut oil instead of copha? If so which veg oil do you use?
Thanks DJ

This is amazing stuff.  I brush,  generously my crockpot, (SC, ) with it before baking bread.
I made it with coconut oil, instead of copha. Any neutral flavored oil would work as the 3 rd component. I make 3 cups at a time and give all but one cup to friends.
I also brush the SS dish that I bake the 35 minute rolls in, in the AF.

I still haven't made this, will need to add it to my list for the weekend. Would canola oil be OK?

Yes it is excellent with Coconut oil instead if cop ha. I use Canola or rice bran as the oil and add a tiny bit more flour.
