My favourite breakfast for the past few days has been crumbled oatbrits mixed with chopped walnuts, chia seeds and cinnamon, with skim milk and a chopped banana :D
That sounds lovely Amy.
I have been having vitabrits with LSA sprinkled on top.

Big breaky sat... Eggs, sausages, beans, baked potato chunks and mushies..

I drink coconut water which was Followed by tea :)

No just right .. Sat morning for us has been brunch or big breaky so you certainly dont feel like eating any lunch and we normally have an early dinner.. Bit clearer now?
