Peanut butter on toast. Lately I've not been a breakfast eater and have been feeling rather crappy so I'm going to start today & by posting here I'm making myself accountable!
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

I used to skip brekkie - but after having one a few rounds of Michelle Bridges' 12wbt I alternate between the following:

- Quinoa with yogurt and berries

- Multigrain toast with ricotta and banana (with bit of cocoa powder)

- Multigrain toast with avocado and boiled egg

- Oat porridge with soymilk, and I throw in shredded coconut, LSA, and bit of dried fruit

I have brekkie at 7am after my morning workout. Usually keeps me full till lunch (I skip morning tea because they serve too many biccies and sweet treats here at uni) -- but then again I usually have early lunch (11.30am).

ThermieLove I have tried the ricotta and banana on rye bread with cinnamon and really enjoyed it. Do you use flaked quinoa or whole quinoa?

I had my standby by of muesli yoghurt and mixed berries with a flat white. I had an Up & Go pre workout too, but I am starting to feel hungry already. Better go drink more water.
