Can anyone tell me how long I should let this rise for?    And how long it goes in the oven for?    Look forward to giving it a go.

Is it important to soak the romertopf before putting the bread in.   Do you need to line it or grease it?

I would love to join you!   Sounds like a great challenge.  The diary is an awesome idea too.   I need to get my herb garden in top shape.

Thanks.  The mornay was stone cold on top and only the bottom of it had cooked.   Perhaps increasing the speed would have helped.   Just hoping it's not a problem with my machine.

Tips and Tricks / Minestrone Soup help
« on: October 23, 2012, 12:55:39 pm »
Hi.  I wonder if anyone can help.   I have just cooked the Minestrone for the first time and found after cooking the veg etc. for ten minutes that the ingredients didn't look like they had mixed up very well, ie. my herbs were all still sitting on top and my mushrooms looked raw still.   I ended up turning it up to Speed 1.   I also recently had this issue with the basic tuna mornay recipe and ended up having to put it in a casserole dish and put it in the microwave to finish it off.   Any ideas?
