Interesting we live in Cairns so it is warm! I see there are two sizes. Which do you have? And how many does it feed?

We have the largest one. I have 8 skewers, you can easily get 1.5kg of chicken on a skewer, you can split a chicken in half and put it on a skewer. Cook 3 pizzas at a time, they take 5-7 mins. Theres the roasting rack too. You can feed a lot of people.

We cook up a lot at once as we use about 2 1/2 kgs of charcoal. I hate to see the charcoal burning with nothing cooking.

Tomorrow we will have pizza, then while we are eating that the 2kgs of tandori chicken & a chicken cut in half will be in the tandor. I have 2.5kg leg of lamb, not sure whether I will kebab it, butterfly it or roast it whole yet.  Will make naan bread too, have only made it & eaten it straight away, but will keep it for sundays lamb, so not sure how that will go.

Nice going Hally.  How do you know when the chicken is cooked - do you put a thermometer in it?

They said they didnt work ???

Pizza rosemary & the meat is lamb, cooked to perfection, it tastes devine. We made 6 different pizzas, 2.5kg leg of lamb, a whole chicken which is still on tandor & 2kgs of tandoori chicken.

Hally it sounds like the Tandoor was a very good investment.
