Yesterday Creme Brulee (DH has been craving...), gnocchi, steamed italian meatballs with tomato sauce and peppercorn sauce to go with some pork steaks.  I used kangaroo mince in the meatballs (very lean mince) but the meatballs stayed nice and moist due to steaming - they cooked as the sauce bubbled away in the bowl.

Wow DD. I make the whole orange cake often since there are lots of oranges available from local orchards at the moment. My cake never looks as classy as that though!

My TMX worked hard today - made a batch of mushroom stroganoff, spicy tomato and lentil dahl, a mix for seed burgers, and cooked rice for dinner while steaming lemon coconut puddings. I've so got to get an extra jug set one of these days!

I can't take any credit really. There is nothing quite like a bundt tin to turn the ordinary into a masterpiece is there? My husband used to say that you eat with your eyes before engaging your mouth.

Not much cooking time for me yesterday, so it was cornflake biscuits, pumpkin and chive risotto, cheese and noodle slice and, seeing as I had the oven on, I roasted the extra pumpkin that I couldn't manage to cram into the jug with the risotto.
