Thanks Megan jane. I will have to look out for it. But you can use these liners in place of baking paper?
Yes, you can. Just cut the larger sheets to size.
If you cut the bigger mats is there any issue with silicone fibres? Those fibres are very tiny.

I have a deadline for a magazine article, but just can't seem to get my head into it and have been fannying around all morning in my dressing gown doing anything but what I should be doing.

Thanks for that Judy, but the lazy in me was hoping for a TM one. That stuff is to die for!

I made a lemon meringue pie. Used diary of a French foodies pastry which was Yum, Tenina's curd and meringue
Ooh, yum! I don't suppose there is a recipe on the forum anywhere for Italian meringue?

I do wonder where it will all end up and how much of this Voerwerk are aware of. It's not doing the brand any favours.

I made the whole orange cake, with a bit of cardamom added for afternoon tea.

Ooh I'm living in the US at the moment. Did you find them online or at a major retailer Amanda? I might try seeking them out. I would love to buy them and stop buying and using baking paper.
I bought my silicon mats at Sur La Table, MEP - and could have bought a ton more of other stuff. That shop is brilliant!

Just catching up with all of this stuff about the delay in deliveries. HO in Perth must be making an absolute fortune from the interest earned on all of the money they are holding for fully paid up new machines that they don't have on hand to deliver. Really starting to question their ethics.

I bought a load of these mats in the US a couple of years ago, much cheaper than the TM price. They are brilliant for eveything and can even be used on the barbecue.

I've had a request for smoked salmon salad - so, no complaints from me! No cooking, just assembling.

Recently finished a biography on the widow Clicquot, the woman who made Veuve (French for widow) Clicquot famous and changed the world of champagne production. Yesterday I finished a great book on my Kindle Called "The Sisters Brothers". A western so not anything I would ever normally pick up, but it came highly recommended and is brilliantly written. Now reading "My Notorious Life" by Kate Manning and picked up during my recent visit to the Tenement Museum in New York City. It's shaping up very nicely.

Tried out the rotisserie tonight with a roast turkey. Thanks to Mich I used Margaret Fulton's apple and pork stuffing. Used up the leftover paleo bread instead of white bread. Delish.
Heavens - a WHOLE turkey? It looks gorgeous, but how many were you feeding?
