Cookie, please inspire me. I had to have that cake tin quite a while ago and haven't used it yet.

This is funny - so many of us have the tin and don't use it. Maybe we could start a tiny loaf or loaf challenge. I'm sure most loaves could be done in a small way.  ;D

Yes, I know, I do need another cook book!!
Bought this one for the beautiful photos.  Nearly as good as Julie's.
However, reading it over a cup of coffee, I have already found 2 recipes to convert.
It is simply called Egg. It is by Blanch Vaughan.

Interesting book Chookie. I would love to spend a day sitting in a warm spot near your cook book shelf.

Yes, you are probably right. I have been sorting through the magazines and giving them away.
Kat, you are most welcome.  Ral will make you a coffee.

Is it all about eggs Chookie?  I thought I would add my newer books to Eat Your Books, gosh I do keep adding to the pile.  :-\ :-\ some of them I just love to sit and read.

I don't think you can ever have enough cookbooks. I have however, tried to ease up on my purchases.

Looks like a nice book Chookie.
I think we should have what we love and enjoy in our homes. As much as I'm liking my minimal lifestyle, I still have many, many cookbooks. Even before my TMX I had loads of cookbooks. It's a relaxing pastime.  :)

I would just use any recipe for muffins or patty cakes and probably put a bit more mixture in depending on the size.

The publisher Phaidon has 40% off their cookbook range in June if you use the word EYB at checkout as the promotional coupon (thanks to the Eat Your Books website for this).

Thanks Bonsai. I had noticed that in the EYB email. It's very tempting.

I was going to buy this from EYB with the discount. However I had some left on my Dymocks vouchers from my birthday. This is what I bought.  I can't wait to sit down and have a lovely read tonight.
