I have two of those fat separators they are great, sometimes you have to do a little stir near the opening ( I use a knife) while pouring out the liquid as little bits seem to block up the opening.

Got a camera converter thingy for the iPad off the same site as yesterday. Should make downloading pics off the mobile and camera easier (that's the plan anyway) and also documents as there is a USB port on it. Only $17 so it's worth having a look.

Maddy By the time you are in chicken production business we might finally be ready to buy some, DH has been clearing up the area this week but still a long way to go and nothing happens quickly in our house.
