Hi Bedlam. Lovely to chat here. I'm sure the SD was well received.

I made this Cauliflower, Cheese and Garlic flatbread to have with our lunch today. I managed to pick up a cheap cauliflower when I was shopping.

I made it in the thermomix.

Cookie, that does look interesting. Love the way you try unusual recipes.
Yesterday made Protein Balls, steamed a batch of mixed grains in TMX, ( made into a salad with capers and currants , mint and parsley), mixed 3 SD loaves in TMX. Will make SD into Olive and Rosemary,  Dark Danish and Wholemeal grain.

Wish you could pop one in the post for me Chookie, it looks delicious.

Tonight I have cooked up cauli & broccoli au-gratin before the veggies get too old and I have to throw them out plus some spinach quiches in the pie maker.  For tea I made Nico’s Thai Chilli Chicken with basil, first time in years that I’ve made it but I had a nice basil plant in the garden that needed being used.

Judy, if I thought it would survive the post, I would happily send you one.
It was made with organic flour.  Olives and Rosemary kneaded in before second rise.  Baked in Pyrex casserole dish.   This was a revelation.  Could see what was going on while it baked.

Cooking nothing today.

K Atie, I had to smile .  I was having some of the Strawberry Jam when I read your post.  It was made in March 2014, tasted fine.
A SD loaf today. Just plain.  Want to see how many holes I can get.
