Oh I should mention, our family are cutting out all refined sugars and TRYING to cut all other numbers. Hoping the thermie help us with that!

Hi TJB! The Thermomix will most certainly help with cutting down on numbers. I never had too many packaged products in my pantry before TMX, but my pantry and fridge look completely different since having a TMX.

The positive side about the wait is that you now have time to make a shopping list for all the great things you want to cook and also time to use up the ingredients you may not need anymore (like stock, chilli sauce and pesto).

Welcome TJB. I noticed your name in the latest member position and was wondering if you would come and introduce yourself.       And you did, that is lovely. The wait is awful.
Where are you from?

Congrats on your new purchase...yes the dreaded wait does feel like forever, but you can use this time wisely by going through recipes on here and noting them down for future reference or better still, if you have an iPad taking screen shots to save for later.

This way you can also gather in some ingredients and be ready to cook up a storm once your TM arrives.
I've gone mad on green smoothies, DH & I have a glass 6 times a week and we both feel the benefit from them...Ive noticed
my energy level increased, just feel better within plus the added bonus of the regular daily little room visit...er um, enough said :)

The TM does a fantastic job of these amongst other things....love my `Thermalot' a lot...haha :D
