Hi
I am from South Carolina USA and have had my TMX (aka Bimby to my Italian in-laws) for about 1 year. I use it quite a bit for baking but not as much for preparing meals. I am looking forward to finding some fast dinner recipes.
-
Welcome to the forum IggyC, if you have a read through the forum or pop on every now and then or everyday you will soon be using Bimby to create lots of wonderful meals. Happy cooking. It makes the most wonderful pizza base dough, and the sauce to go on top.

Welcome to the forum.

Hi Iggy,
Welcome to the forums! Your friends must be jealous, I don't think they sell TMX in the USA so owners there are fairly rare.
Can't wait to hear more from you,
-
Welcome.

Oh welcome, IggyC. I am excited to welcome you, as I'm a graduate of USC. I have converted some Southern recipes for the TMX and I'm a big fan of Virginia Fouche Bolton's art. Are you a Gamecock too or a Tiger?
