Thanks for the good wishes but no one turned up. We have had a very strong North wind all day.

I bought a very nice dip, Baby spinach and Fetta. I picked the last of the Spinach and used light cream cheese, Feta, 1 clove of garlic and the steamed spinach and a good squeeze of lemon juice. Placed all in TMX and mixed. It tasted just like the bought one but without the preservatives. It cost about 1/2.

That's disappointing Chookie.

You have been busy Judy. The Apple Slice looks lovely. I made some Peanut cookies. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12710.msg268002#msg268002
DH doesn't like coconut, so I added extra oats and we were out of cornflakes so I added extra peanuts. Very tasty.

Lovely cooking Judy.  The GDs made that slice at the week end and sent some in to us.  It's an old CWA recipe.

Thanks girls.  Thermilover make sure you slice the apples very, very thinly as mine were obviously too thick and I had to cook my slice quite a bit longer. You can't beat a good CWA recipe Margaret, those ladies sure can cook.

I plan to do your Apple Slice to do Judy. It's nice to be reminded of the oldies.

Great cooking girls.
Made Middle eastern Pizza. Had the lamb filling in the freezer.
Heated some of Trudy's Lemon Muffins in the microwave for the plumber.
