Have some bread rising at the moment and some of Tenina's Killer Vanilla Icecream.

Here's the Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. I made them smaller than suggested.

Marina, anything that you are able to eat, is a success.
Cookie, nice cooking.
Will be roasting 1/2 leg of lamb . Will pop it into a Pyrex dish with lid, add root veggies, with  TMX mashed pots.
Will make 10 Marmalade and Carrot Puddings, ( posted). Visitors during week and they reheat very well.

My sister bought a book from an op shop that she thought I might like. It is about a couple who settle in Italy and the wife writes about the traditional Tuscan way of life. I made a vegetable soup based on one of the recipes. Cooked in SC.
also cooked 1/2 a leg of lamb in SC and will have today as pulled lamb with mashed pot. Bought 10 Kilos of pots for $5 at farm gate. These are beautiful potatoes, mostly Dutch Creams.
Have a 1 minute grain loaf proofing.
The chook have laid 12 eggs so must think of some nice eggy dishes.
Obbie, you have been busy as usual. All sounds good.

Very thoughtful of your sister Chookie, the book sounds right up your alley.
