But my day was boring! Woke up and felt terrible ,I managed till lunchtime then DH said go lie down ! I had a mug of bone broth and then tonight DH made salada with a smigen of butter and Vegimite ! I slept most of the day . Crazy .

Minestrone soup , used the US one which had no tomato in it . Very good .

Stuffed red peppers with pork and beef mince and rice . Long slow cook 2hours in the overnight think about 30 mins in TMX . First for me hope it’s epic .

Last night and today I made marrow bone broth on the stove . I removed the fat and reheated it this morning and strained it now in the fridge . Thought we should start drinking this each day , but I’m sure it will end up as soup .

Steamed fish ,Ling, with creamy leek sauce and green mash asparagus! The Ling was fresh and so tasty it didn’t need anything else .

Cookie DD already has an internship with a company in the city part time . It’s like graphic design . Also I packed up my TM31 and DD has it now ! It feels strange without it but all good . Did shopping today , must do it more regularly as it’s always a big shop . Freezing a a little wet .
