But despite having no eggs or applesauce, I have choc apricot muesli bars and pizza scrolls in the oven right now! ;D
I converted them both from the wonderful baking cookbook given to be by my lovely DFM :D :D

I'm still undecided about the muesli bars though. I think I will have to make them again :-))

I use yoghurt buds melted down. Trying to sell 7kg of them as I have wayyyy too many if you know of anyone who wants some?

i made  fresh rice noodles 

i like the look of the thinner ones

I'm in melbourne Amy, can post easily.
You can get them online for about $15/kg but post when I looked was $12 for 1 kg!!
I got these from a shop in melbourne ordered in for me for $11/kg
