I was given a bottle of raspberry vinegar a few years ago and it was delicious. The same person gave me some apple vinegar this year. I haven’t tried it  yet.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I am peeking at this as we are locked down for 5 days and I bought a tray of peaches last week. Also DH has just discovered he can creat his won dressings!!

Cookie, I have been experimenting with this recipe.  I’ve found that I can use less sugar if I strain the fruit, vinegar and spices before adding the sugar.  You then need only 1/2 half the volume in sugar, and then simmer for 10 minutes.
