Yes - a universal database!
Maybe we can share using our different recipe software?  I know I can email and export out of Living Cookbook.  That's how I send mum the ones I think she'll like.

You are all very technologically clever. I would have no hope. :'(

I have just made this, my first ever jam making experience  :D
I doubled the quantity, so far it seems like a kind of sweet chilli sauce...maybe I should have cooked it more? maybe it will set more as it cools...?
I should really make something that I know what it's meant to look like  :P
Just wanted to say that either way its DELICIOUS! I used the whole chilli, seeds and all and I found it quite mild.
Thanks for the inspiration!

Is it more like a dipping sauce NomesFog.  I am looking to make myself a batch as I seem to be buying a lot more of it these days.  The mildness you mention would suit me too.

isn't it wonderful how the recipes are rolling in for those dishes that you thought " one day I'll try to convert that to TMX lingo" and then next thing it is there ?
Also funny that I have just realised that 3 of the recipes that i have "created" are in TMX books already - just didn't think to look in the right place - really need a database of all TMX recipes.  :-)) :-)) :-)) :-))
Yes - a universal database!
That rumbling you now all hear is my laughter  :D  :D  :D  :D  - initially (only for a moment ha, ha!!!)I thought after reading the above quotes and then reading Isi's post
Thanks Judy!
That is sooo great and now I even more desire to do this!
- how applicable, Judy's extensive recipe collection and forum activity classified as a data base - so thanks Judy even in the absence of a data base!!!!!!!!!!  Perhaps it is time for bed.   :)  :)  :)

This is soooo delicious - I can't make enough of it - everyone wants me to make some for them  ;D
Lucky chilli's are plentiful at the moment.
Just love the recipe!!!!!  Each time it's a little different but either way it's just so lovely that we use it as a condiment for most meals.
Hopefully my pic turned out.

I made this 3 years ago when I first got my TMX, and today I can't believe I've left it so long before making it again.

So yummy, I want to put it on everything! I'll make a double batch next time. :)

I'm pretty sure Chookie has Yvette.  You could mix some chilli sauce with sour cream as a base too couldn't you?
