Hi
I just made the EDC tomato ketchup and thing the flavour is great (I would probably use a lot less sugar next time though). Big problem is it is very runny - like a liquid not a sauce. I have given it an extra 40 mins without the MC on. Any other suggestions.

Did you turn the temperature up to varoma to thicken it nix? There is a lovely ketchup recipe in My Way of Cooking - I will pm it to you if you don't have the book.

I would love that recipe too as I was going to make it from the EDC cookbook too but this one sounds great. Please pm me the recipe.
