I like crunchy biscuits so if I was to cook these longer do you think they would crisp up a bit Amy?  Love the colour of yours Kulsha.

Judy, I would cook them longer at a lower temp, and maybe make them smaller :) I will try for you sometime :D

Amy, these sound delicious.  Thank you for publishing the recipe.  I have never heard of Banana Biscuits before.  I must have led a sheltered life.  :)

I made these last night to go with coffee as we had a friend over, they were quick & easy to make. Looking at the pictures I think I need to make mine bigger and get the temperature right for my oven as the bottom tray cooked to quickly.

Verdict yum 😄 and told I can make them anytime!
