On to another appointment with bone specialist today ! I was apprehensive and stressed knowing not a great report. Dr was not happy that my bone markets are so high. So yes an infusion tomorrow morning, and I’ll have to look into special exercises. Fabulous another thing to working . He did say that he had hoped that it would be settling down . It’s not great being so young having this , but rest assured if I happen to fracture a bone he has other ways to deal with it … but not want to intervene at this stage . Bloody Prolia injections.( as I said being on it for 8 or so years can now cause spiral fractures of tibia etc) It was going so well and now it’s crazy high . I’m not convinced that this infusion will bring it down .. but now I’ll have to wait 4 months to find out . So I walked this arvo .

That's sounding really positive Cookie and Chookie. I won't get mine until september. I will keep my 6 for while until other accessories are available for the 7 which I'm told won't be until 2026. I've been really getting into bread making and have had some great success.

I can guarantee it will be more than just ok. 

Converted another recipe from SC book to TMX. This one was beef and sweet potato. All in TMX bowl, cooked 2 hours, 90 degrees and gentle reverse. Flavour good but too much liquid. I think with SC there is more evaporation. I will remove some of the liquid/ sauce and use it as a base for another dish. I’ll also add more veggies to the stew. Serve with mashed potatoes.
