What did your pork fillet weigh CC?  My GF does a sage & onion stuffing, must be an English thing ;D  That looks wonderful.  I keep my nuts in the freezer to ensure they are OK when I want to use them.  I like having different nuts on hand but use them infrequently so this works for me.

Looks delicious CC.

Making JulieO's beef enchiladas for dinner - just finished making the tortillas and the sauce, so about to assemble and bake.

That looks fantastic CC. Was it a really big fillet? Here they tend to be fairly small. We love pork and the kids would probably even like this.

Last night we had chicken fillet wrapped in bacon with EDC mushroom sauce, smashed potatoes and vegetables.

The pork fillet weighed about 500g Wonder and Judy. It's enough for the three of us here ;)

Thanks for the tip about nuts Judy.I will certainly start doing that. ;D

We did enjoy them.  And DH had leftovers for lunch today, and I have another medium sized serving in the freezer!!  Will definitely make again, although might plan a bit in advance so I can pre-make the wraps a little earlier in the day.  The kids were going a little nutty at that time of day, and it was hard to keep them in line without burning the tortillas!  ;)

Chicken kiev, chips and salad are on the menu for tonight.

Think it was "exactly" before auto correct had its say  ;)

Kids are excited - sausages for dinner tonight, with mashed spuds and steamed veges.  They are easy to please really.

The chicken kiev was a big hit last night - first time making them.  DH couldn't believe they were homemade.
