Last night chicken and rice
tonight slow cooked lamb roast with roast potato and kumara, zucchini muffins and steamed veg.  :)

Crumbed fish and chicken (for the non-seafood eaters) with smashed potatoes from Quick Fix Every Occasion and some steamed vegies.

Cheese and onion pie from Australian Bake Off, reminds me of school dinners in the UK, very tasty, I used pastry from EDC, always works, nice and short

Looks great Maddy, how do you do your shredded beef? There is a recipe in the New Womens Weekly Slow Cooker book which looks interesting but I've never tried it.
