Roast pork last night with Chelsea's apple, berry and custard crumbles - we were very full but it all tasted great.

Apricot chicken last night and lasagne tonight.

And an update on my first try of the honey baked pumpkin risotto.  WOW is this stuff good, DH who is a meat & three veg type of bloke loved it and thinks we should have it again.   Might have to try some other risottos now ;D
