We're having chicken and bacon meatloaf from a new book I bought. I must put it in shopping.

We went to my Mum & Dad's place for dinner tonight. Dad was making Corned Beef so I brought my TMX over for him to make the parsley sauce...I went to the garden and picked the parsley, put it on the bench with the other ingredients and Dad said "What, does that thing chop the parsley too?" I made Dad make the sauce all by himself, he loved it! I think I may be able to convince him to buy one soon :)

LOL Jam ;D Good on you, if your parents love cooking I'm sure they could find more uses for the thermie than just parsley sauce :) :)

Next time we are going to cook the whole corned beef in the TMX using Judy's recipe...I was talking to Dad on the phone and he said that the beef was 1.7kg and I didn't see any reviews with a piece that size so thought we'd try again with a smaller size...

I needed something easy and forgiving tonight, so I made tuna mornay. I made the cheese sauce, left it in the jug, went to my class, and when I got back, cooked it for another 2 minutes, and then added the tuna and corn, and heAted it a little further. Then added the lemon juice, poured it into bowls, topped with grated cheese and whacked the bowls under the griller. On the table within 10 mins of getting home ;D

Can't beat that ES.  I was only thinking of tuna mornay this morning - thought I'd make a batch and take some to Mum for her freezer.
