From the AWW Chinese Cooking Class book, I made Sate Prawns.  Was delish and I will double the marinade/sauce next time.  :)

Looks good Julie - and I don't even like prawns!!  :P

Dinner here tonight - slow cooked diced beef in gravy with TM mash, steamed veg and zucchini slice. And toms from the garden!  :D

I have a day off work - yay !!!!!

So I'm cooking steamed atlantic salmon with burnt orange sauce with a parsnip and fennel puree served on couscous. (I've never eaten couscous and I've never made the puree before so wish me luck)

Chocolate fondants with a strawberry puree and cream

And some bread rolls.

I can't think of a better way to spend a day off work :D
I do the best I can
