they are called mini wellingtons. i used bacon and some  prosciutto to wrap the eye fillet 1st
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Astarra, I had a filling fall out in December :( And I'm not able to see my dentist until the 25th of this month! :-X

That is a long time to wait.  :o
I just called them up this morning at 9am, got the appnt for today! :-X Was the last appnt they had left for today tho, so I'm very fortunate to get it!!  :D

Some dentists leave some emergency bookings available if you get in first thing in the morning but you have to be quick - lucky you astarra.
