JD, it was just one piece of steak.  From memory it was about 350 grams and maybe 3cm thick.  Here is a photo of it in the zip lock bag prior to being cooked - hopefully it will give you a better feel for its size.

Hi VieveMS, I read the same blog a while ago and they gave great info on sous vide cooking, I haven't tried it though as I have a grumpy thermomix hater and only cook stuff that he won't know that it was cooked in it.

Yummy Sesame Salmon & Steamed Veges in Creamy Tikka Sauce tonight! Have limited options with fish being allowed and no dairy, meat,eggs, etc....so this is a great recipe.

Made my first recipe from my new book Jamie's 15 minute meals (in 26 minutes lol)
Gorgeous Greek Chicken herby vegetable couscous & tzatziki
We loved it, enough for our lunches tomorrow if DS doesn't get into before hand lol.

I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

And  measure out , put everything in front of you plus wash it up.

The other half of our pork roast tonight, with Roast potatoes and Pumpkin, steamed corn cobbettes, carrots and peas, gravy and salad.  :)
Fresh fruit after for anyone who wants it.
