Great minds think alike cookie1.  :)  We are having Cheddar Chicken sausage rolls tonight as well with mashed potatoes & steamed vegs.  A couple of bimby choc cupcakes with frosting left over from today's visitors for dessert.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Smells yummo!

Going to have with roast chook (via Woolies)!

Gee Uni that's a bit unfair.
What type of soup did you have?

I made up some mini meatloaves, adding a good amount of Teninas Sundried tomato pesto, red onion & baby spinach to a mince mix, then wrapped in bacon.

I made the beef rendanf from EDC. Only had about 500 g of beef left so thought I'd add potatoes. I added them at the same time as the beef and they turned to mush!!!! One of my few (so far) TMx disasters. the steamed veggies were nice though.
Can anyone suggest when the potatoes should be added if the beef is got g to be cooking for 50 mins?
