Mandi so glad you all enjoyed the curried sausages. Such an easy versatile recipe. Can use mince, chicken, sausages etc. I even use it for curried chops in the slow cooker.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

i havent made dinner in a few night my DD and the freezer have been doing all of the work, times like this its nice having a well stocked  freezer  ;D
i don't need a recipe i'm italian

Cooked Suzanne Gibbs rich beef casserole in the PC



.....every component was cooked perfectly, but the flavours didn't wow me....didn't really taste the red wine or thyme  :-\ so I added in a few squirts of this stuff from Aldi



much better!  Going back to Aldi's to get some more while it lasts....it's good stuff  :)

I wish we had an Aldi store in South Australia . That looks good,
My DH just said the the mornay was extra creamy today. That's because I padded it out with puréed cauliflower. Hee Hee

Maddy, it's good that you were able to add something to jazz it up for you.  I know some red wines are stronger tasting than others. I must have picked a good one that day  ;D
