Tonight was very grateful for them as busy with everythung else.
Took cat & kitten to the cattery, i nearly cried they just looked at me as if to say how coukd you eave us. They are in onr large cage, whic has runs and 2 levels with outside access during the day, so they will be ok. Very quiet in the house without animas.

Last night we had Chelsea's Chow Mein  and used pork mince.

My turn to take supper to my DD on our aquafit night. We're having vegetable au-gratin made with that awesome cheese sauce and mince meat mini pies thanks to the pie maker.

All you need to do Bootobethin is to place some steamed vegies in a casserole dish, top with a cheese sauce, sprinkle some breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese and bake until brown and heated through.

was just about to get some takeaway cos I didn't feel like cooking, but then made Chelsea's Chow Mein (feel a lot better about that after the meal than I would after eating probaby fish and chips). She has done a wonderful job of converting this into a healthy TM meal without using a soup packet like the original recipe - you would never taste the difference.

Thursday was chicken carbonara



Last night was Chelsea's cheesy tuna strudels
with salad



.....and tonight will be chicken parmigiana with wedges.
