May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Roast chicken for lunch with roast veggies and B and B pudding. TMX Ice Cream.  Made Plain No Fuss Bread for the Chicken, Avo sandwiches for tea.  Hardly ever make a plain No Fuss so thought I would post a photo. ;D

Bread tin....24 x 13 1/2 cm. ( inside top ).  bottom 21 x10  1/2 cm.  It is not really a bread tin but a cake tin  that I picked up at Aldi on there reduced items table for $2.50. I line it with a silicon pan liner and just spray the top with water and mak 3  1cm slashes across the top.  6 year old GD did the folding and placing in the tin. Hope this helps,DD and Fundj.

8 at least fundj but I only used 2 large ones today.  It is far too big for just the 2 of us but I'm not going to buy a smaller one. I used some of your soffrito in this recipe - I should have taken a photo of DH's plate after he'd finished.  A few perfectly clean bones was all that was on it  ;) - it is by far his favourite meal of all time.
