Nikkit thank you for the great laugh. I can remember daughter doing a similar thing. Roaring into a roundabout  at 60 kmph+. I Grabbed the seat, and put my foot on the non existent brake in the passengers seat. When I suggested that it helps to check for vehicles first she informed me that the driving instructor had told her to get into roundabouts as quick as she could and keep going, making others stop. She soon got sorted out on that one.
After 15 years I can almost drive with her without looking like I am panicking. She is quite a good driver now.

I have enjoyed reading all this too - nice to have a laugh.  Are girls really hormonal at 11  ???  In my day they weren't, well not to my knowledge anyway - that was a long time ago  ;)

boys too my 11 yr old ds is just a big bag of testosterone and I remember dd being the same as nikkit's dd,  the joys of parenting ;D

Nikkit it made me laugh.

My Tween is 8 1/2, and i get those looks like what do you know.  Nails, hair, fashion, earings, stuff that they do.

Hormones kick in early... :)

And I am glad that other Mums have gorgeous girls who have been or are hormonal and have also done the driving lesson thing  - and you are all still here to tell the tale. So if you have lived through it, then I'm sure I can too. (Just putting on my "big girl knickers" here...)
15 years cookie1 - will I live that long to be able to sit in the car with my child and happily gaze out the window looking at the scenery scream past?????
