Gert, it would be worth the plane fare to fly up for your breakfast.  I might have to eat Rals Black Pudding ! Thanks for the thought.  Also love smoked Eel .
Bron those Kringles look amazing.
Maddy,  Epic.  ( new word from GS )
Love all the Xmas cooking.
I have been making marmalade.  Yesterday,  Pink Grapefruit, lemon, carrot with Grand Marnier.  It is so good to set it going in the T MX and then get on with other jobs.  Also made Baileys Ice Cream.  Also Mushroom Risotto,  to which I add different things each time I serve it.  .
Love all the Chrissie cooking.

Yesterday I made rocky road, salted caramel fudge, the filling and pastry fro julieO's fruit mince pies and the Speculaas biscuits. This morning I'll need to make all that into some bags to give to people, make the pies, make a plum pudding and roast lamb for dinner. I've also had the dehydrator going all day and night drying anything I can get my hands on!  ;D

You will have to take a photo of your Christmas table - I love seeing what others have cooked, especially for parties.  :D

I have started CC's Peanut Butter Bon Bons. Just completed some vanilla icecream with toasted pistachios, slightly smashed frozen raspberries, marshmallows, and chopped glacé fruit in it. It will be an icecream cake. I added a slug of Jeninwa's strawberry liquer for good measure. I also folded through 500 ml of thin EDC custard.
Now I plan to make some raw mini plum puddings from Wholesome foods website.

BZB that cheesecake looks delicious.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

BZB that cheesecake looks great.

Mich the watermelon turned out really well, the kids love it. Watermelon is one f the very few fruits I don't like so I haven't tried it but they've finished it all. It doesn't go brittle as I don't think you could get all the water out, and it also looks burnt around the edges but DD says it tastes like  fruit roll up. We have some more drying so I'll try and post a photo.

Made up some treats for DH new workmates, some family friends and a sample pack for Dad.

Speculaas from Devil of a cookbook, salted caramel fudge and rocky road.

There was also some chocolate dipped dried orange in the pack for DD's boyfriends family. I love the sentiment n the bowl and plate and might look in the sales after Christmas for one for myself.
