CP around here both Coles and Woolies have the breasts in the deli section. Sometimes you can be lucky and they have them reduced, I buy them on sale when I see them and freeze them. What recipe are you making?

I have a piece of silverside cooking now and have just started putting together a cake for the kids for Christmas day.  A chocolate cake split through the centre and filled with icecream then later it will be covered with whipped cream and decorated with the strawberry santas.  Disgustingly fattening I know but the kids will enjoy it.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Mab, I do a cake similar to that, and filled with ice cream in layers, then a choc fudge  icing, and frozen berries on top.
I have to make one for this weekend.. :)

I just made a vanilla icecream from KIS but I'm not reviewing under the link because I made my own condensed milk and I can really taste the milk powder (why did I do that when I had a can in the pantry? Oh I remember I have 3 huge pkts of milk powder that I will never use  :-))) I've put the hazelnut praline through the ice cream as well so its a bit Hokey Pokey.

Sounds good Robyn.  How do you make your choc fudge icing, is it a TM recipe?  I think the GC might like that, the more chocolate the better they say  ;D ;D
