:( Robyn. Sorry to hear you aren't well. I hope you can see the specialist quickly. One reason I keep my phi. Just to see a specialist sooner.

Same here. We found with BIL urgent means to be seen within 30 days. Although this time he was very, very urgent so was sorted immediately.

A little bit of baking instead of housework and Model A jobs.

Glad you have a quick appointment Robyn.
I have had a wonderful day. My sil and I went to a thermomix passions 2 cooking class with Nico.  It was a very enjoyable outing with a delicious lunch. We had Salmon Rillettes ( like a salmon pate) a lovely pizza made with a olive oil shortcrust, Spinach and Ricotta Gnudi with a Ragu di Pomodora sauce, Nico's Butter chicken and a yummy Rapberry souffle to finish off.
I think I will cook everything again, it was all extremely tasty.
All the recipes are in the Cooking Passions book which of course I also had to purchase.
I would highly recommend Nico's classes.  it cost $125.00 and you walk away having eaten a full meal as well as learning a few new tricks.

Some of it sounded the same as the one some of us from the forum went to here in Adelaide a little while back Denise although I don't remember paying that much  ;D  Katie would remember though.  He's fantastic isn't he and I love his honesty. We had focaccia instead of pizza and I'm not sure what we had in place of the salmon rillettes.
