Cookie , lovely.  I made those buns. Tasted great but were massive. Next time I’ll make 12.

Made meatless meatballs (Mab, I am sure this was a suggestion from you quite some time ago - it is from one of the Revive Cafe cookbooks).  They are really good and easy to make.  I think I will make them into sausage rolls next.

Marina, I'm glad you enjoyed the meatballs but I'm not sure it was my recipe

I had an excess of mushrooms and not sure what to do with them.  Mr Google had a recipe for roast mushrooms and they are very nice but very rich.  I also made some Tortellini Soup. also very nice.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Lovely Mab.
I reheated Pizza in AD. I sprayed the back crust with water first. It prevented it from drying out too much.

I made some 30 minute Oatmeal Choc Chip cookies from Cloudy Kitchen. They took me longer than that but they have a lovely flavour. https://cloudykitchen.com/blog/easy-oatmeal-chocolate-chip-cookies/

Very professional looking, Cookie.
Yesterday made Walnut and Olive Oil loaf. Lovely fresh with Philly like cream cheese. Will try it toasted next. It’s a Maggie Beer recipe. I used Bakers flour , not plain flour as I don’t like cakey bread.
I also made Pumpkin and Cauliflower soup. I worked hard to get lots of flavour into it. In the end, the added garlic, ginger, onion and nutmeg were too strong and I had to mix cream into the soup to tone it down. Perfect now.
Pear crumble. I’ve some leftover crumble mix and will add a little Carmen’s granola to pad it out.
Friend dropped off some Cumquats. I made 5 small jars of jam last night. More today.

I have the same trouble with cauli soup Chookie, have given up on that one.  I’m making chicken stock with 2 Costco carcasses which my SIL had saved for me, 1/2 will be used for crab and corn soup and the other half just chicken flavoured veggie soup.

You’ve both been rather busy. I wish it would cool down enough to have soup here. We have the air con here again. It’s been 33. Tomorrow is to be 35.
I’m about to make the pizza bases for tonight’s pizza.

.  Just thinking the same.
Yesterday morning it was so cold here that people walking their dogs were dressed for winter.
I made more Cumquat marmalade. It’s too thin so back in the TMX today and will boil for another 10 minutes.
My visitor loved the Walnut and Olive Oil loaf so I gave it to her. I’ll make another today with a few changes. Also , another batch of the Mango and Tomato Chutney.
Experimenting with turkey mince to make nuggets.
