I'm very busy and not doing a lot. A little baking and a bit of cleaning.

Went out to give DIL a hand.  DS is away in Queensland working for 6 weeks.  The wood heap was low so we have been cutting wood all afternoon.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

OMG Mab, you are good.
Watched Bee man inspect hives.  Ral wore the gear and I stood well back. 3 frames of honey but not enough to take some.  He thinks probably about Xmas time.
Magnetic flywire man forgot 2 frames so will have to come again.

The question as to why the magnetic fly wire man is coming back is ... did you feed him any treats?   :)

Ha,  yes. I offered him lunch but he would only have a cup of tea. He made a mistake.  There are 10 windows that needed covers.

We are going back out to give DIL another hand with the wood.  DS was in the middle of the big storm they had in Queensland, he said it was very scarey.

I hope he was ok Margaret.  My nephew was up near Kingaroy and he said it frightened him.
DD and I went shopping and had coffee.

A big search for DS phone , my gosh we looked everywhere twice , found this afternoon tucked in the car door pocket on a ledge - I looked in that pocket too . A little bit of gardening DD sat on the rider mower and mowed the back garden for pocket money . Think it brighten her day to be able to do something. We all spent some time with the new chooks , they are very shy . More cuddles and time tomorrow. DH got the huge tractor and moved dead pine trees away .

K Atie, you are busy as usual. With family there is always plenty to do.
Our ride on has decided not to start.  It has been taken away, right when the grass is growing like mad.
Yesterday I bought some tomato plants.  Probably too early to plant them as we may get a frost. I will put a cover over them.
Today I will start building up the SD starter for the class next Sunday. I will need 5 ks of starter.

You are amazing Chookie, soon no-one in Ballarat will be buying sourdough from the bakeries - they’ll all be baking their own.
