I must make some more of this when we get home. DD’s best friend loves it. We do too.

Chookie, a couple of weeks ago you were asking about nutrition breakdowns for cooking ... I came across this today and it looks good:  https://www.verywellfit.com/recipe-nutrition-analyzer-4157076

Also, how did your jackfruit experiment/s go?

Thanks Marina.  Haven’t had time to experiment with the Jackfruit. But will. :D

Make some Cauliflower patties. Steamed Cauli in TMX  basket and then everything mixed on turbo. Held together well. Will post recipe.

I made some cauliflower patties a while back, with some cheese and they were nice. I bought a cauliflower this week, $4.90. Are they that price over your way?

Cookie, sounds like a similar recipe for the Cauli fritters.  Cauli about $3 here.  Lots of fresh veggies not available in shops. I still have lots of green veggies growing.

Gosh, that is a very good price. We don’t have a lot of cauli because of the outrageous price.
I found what I thought was a lovely recipe for lemon cake. It had yoghurt, oil and was a batter..  the creator advised to let the batter sit for 15 minutes before cooking. I didn’t grease the tins enough so we have bits and pieces. DD and DH said the flavour was nice.

Just a 'use up all the odd bits and pieces of vegetables' stew and an orange and almond cake for DH's b'day.

Marina, please wish your DH a Happy Birthday from us.
Cookie, that is a shame about the cake.
Made some tomato, Celery and Apple soup from my blog.  Also Pea and Ham soup in SC.
I have developed a biscuit recipe that is quite nice and not too sweet.

I made a SD loaf that sat on the bench overnight. I think it could have done with more rising today after I popped it into the casserole dish.

Wish your DH a very Happy Birthday please Marina. I hope he has a great day.

Cookie, bet it tastes good toasted.
Bread in Bread machine. I have a formula that makes a perfect size for the toaster. I use Laucke premix, any of their mixes.  400g flour. 1 1/4 teaspoons yeast, and 270 g warm water. Set machine for 2 1/2 hours. I call this lazy bread.

Why not Chookie. Yesterday I used your No Fuss recipe and made some long rolls to have with our sausages.
