Astarra Hope you are back on deck soon  :-*
Hally you are a wonderful friend.
CC how gorgeous. You live in a beautiful part of the world. Such a contrast to most Aussie landscapes.
Kimmy and mcmich you are both very brave. Lat time I had a paintbrush in my hand, some one said something to me and I turned toward them and accidentally painted them too ;D

Now I understand Hally!  Best wishes to your friend, she is lucky to have you as a wonderful friend.
Take care Astarra, i imagine you are going to be feeling very frustrated.  You dont appear to be a person that enjoys sitting back.
Well done Kimmy and  Mich, painting is very rewarding and really gives a house a facelift.  ( Let the pros do the ceiling Mich).
CC, how lucky are you.  That is beautiful.

Bluebells are something I do miss,  in fact all the spring flowers,  but I don't miss the cold weather needed to grow them :) the ones I miss most are lily of the valley. Very jealous CC

Did a bit of bill paying and chemist pickups this morning. DH has almost finished the Teardrop.
. Sorry the light is so bad.
the back, with the end up, sort of the kitchen.
the inside cupboards.
the back of it up.

I'll post some better ones when we have the mattress and everything in it. Some car club member will be happy. (We hope).

A perfect prize for a car club person, I hope it raises lots of money for them.  Your DH is a very clever man and does such a beautiful job of anything he puts his hand to.

Astarra, hope some of the swelling has gone down today.  Take care

Hally, you are indeed a wonderful person and true friend  :-*

CC, love the beautiful bluebells.  Such a beautiful spot for walking.  Thanks for the lovely photos.

Mcmich, & Kimmy, I am truly hopeless at painting or so I am told, So I agree and  let others do it. I always put it on too thick or not thick enough or get the tin in such a mess there is paint everywhere.  :D :D :D
Cookie, your DH is very talented, it will be a wonderful prize, an amazing job.  Thanks for the photos.   :)

Got quite a bit achieved painting today and reckon I'm 60% done on the trim and doors.  ;D
I will ask DH to consider getting professionals in to do the ceilings at least over the staircase. Couldn't do it today as he did 2 trips last night and hence got up quite late - timing is everything. I think the Scott in him will see DH offering to paint the ceilings  ;D
I will give the study ceiling a go as it is a small room and I will probably gain confidence from finishing it.

I agree - I would love to get tickets in the raffle (such a generous donation Cookie and DH). I could drive over in the corolla and bring it back. Would have to get a towbar first though.  ;D
