Well I will just take your word for it ES. Don't like celery unless it is chopped finely and cooked well. Hate it in Chinese takeaway too.

I don't eat celery any other way. Either peanut butter or not at all ;)

I have honestly never heard of peanut butter and celery either Amy. Not a big celery fan and don't like peanut butter either so I  am not missing much. I use celery in casseroles and soups but its cooked down and not visible. Is it an Aussie thing? Maybe as I grew up in UK that's why I don't know about it  ;)

I love celery sticks with pâté. When we were little, my sister and I used to make celery pâté sticks and 'sell' them to our parents for 10 cents per serve  ;D
