Wow Mab.  Quite a cook up.
Cookie, nice to go out but difficult if you are watching what you eat.
Cleaned out the upright freezer in the kitchen.  No room for anything  more. 😇. Feeling very virtuous.
Made Lemon butter.

Only dinner here tonight. DD and I went to the Good Food and Wine show today. We bought some lovely cheeses from Tasmania.
We also did a Thermomix class on the TM6.  It was roti, rice and a chicken curry. Grace came and spoke to us quite a lot and DD was very wicked- she kept getting Tenina’s recipes up on her phone and suggesting we make them.  Grace never said a word about it.
The 6 was nothing special. The speed dial starts at the top (12 o’clock), not like the 5.
I was pleased we did it as I am now quite certain that I don’t want a 6 until my 31 goes to heaven.

As you are an experienced TM user it was great to hear views on the TM6 Cookie.
I had a giggle at your DD’s antics at the TM class 😂

Thanks Cookie.  Naughty , naughty Cookie DD. I would have enjoyed that.
Found some home made pasta in the freezer.  Will make some Bol sauce to go with it.

You have a naughty DD Chookie.  Thanks for the report on the TM6 .  My DD is very keen to get a TMX  and is madly saving her money.  I will go to her demo when she gets one just to see what it can do.  I am very happy with my TM31 and have no wish to get a 6.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I made a batch of choc chip biscuits today. I used white, milk and dark chocolate and ruby. Also some walnuts. The mob liked them with the mix in last time.

Cookie, they look good and sound nice.  Love walnuts in the Choc Chip Cookies.  Have you tried dried cherries in them. ?
Made Lemon butter as we have lots of eggs and lemons at the moment.
Making lots of SD crumpets.  Make up 4 cups of Starter at a time.  Makes 20+ crumpets.
Might make Carrot and Lemon Marmalade today.  So easy in TMX.

Thanks for the hint Chookie. I have tried dried blueberries but not dried cherries. They are hard to find here so next time I see some I will buy them and try it.

Thanks Chookie. I know a couple of places that sometimes have them.
I made some rolls for dinner using a Panina Recipe from SBS https://www.sbs.com.au/food/recipes/panini
I made 4 long ones and some smaller ones. They are very soft.

Delicious looking 🍪 Cookie.
I’ve made Piedmont Peppers. I had a couple for my lunch with a mixed salad.

The stuffed peppers sound interesting Denise.  Lately I roast my peppers in the air fryer, it’s so easy!
