MM biscuits in the oven now, choc chip cooling on trays.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I must make more bread this afternoon and turn the cupcakes into laming tons before DH eats them all.

I made the 4th batch of MJ's passata this week! My dad's tomato patch is yielding 2kg of tomatoes per day at the moment!

Just put on a batch of Worcestershire sauce from the Devil of a Cookbook. Hope it turns out good because there is an awful lot in the jug.

Bonsai,  did you go through the steaming process or bake straight from the TMX?
Made a mini loaf, 1/4 seeds, 1/4 rye and 1/2 plain flour.

Then mde a special occasion double Salmon Mousse with Marie Rose sauce.  Will post recipe later.
