Both Fast and Easy - a very clear recipe.  Gives a low-fat option but I opted for the full-fat.

Max amount from 400g of basmati in min time with no fuss at all.

This drew much interest and praise from the family.

A good example of the Australian Thermomix mantra - "Creating Everyday Surprises."  Now we've had it once, it won't be a surprise that it tastes so good, but definitely worth including in your Indian banquet menu.

Love the aloo! Bombay potatoes. That's my favourite from the Indian book  :)
