I admire all three of you. My favourite go to recipes would have to be: if I could only choose 2 from each of you:

Judy: caramelised onion, fetta and mushroom tarts - couldn't count how many of those I have made over the years ( I have some in the freezer at the moment for drop ins over the holidays. Chicken and almonds.

Chookie: 2 second salad and my favourite quiche.

Cookie: Beetroot dip (the first thing I ever made in TMX) and limoncello melting moments.

To all the very talented cooks who have posted a recipe on this site - THANKYOU.

That's lovely of you Michele.  I remember all those recipes you mentioned except my chicken & mushroom recipe which I had forgotten about http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=6132.0 - I will have to try it again myself one day!
