I love the new EDC too! I much prefer my way of doing poached eggs, though.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

I've done three and four, not happy with my results so far, but I haven't given up and think it is worth trying again...

3mins left the egg almost totally cooked.
2m 30s made perfect poached eggs with a runny center.

So, can you do more than one egg at a time?  It isn't clear from these posts whether or not you can successfully do this.

Two is fine. ..three is hit & miss but wouldn't serve to guests. Four would be ideal but haven't had success :(

As per the recipe, do 2. Then re-oil the basket and do another 2.
Keep going until guests all are full !

Slightly off-topic here but, Halley, what happens if you hold your camera / ipad / ianything upside down to take the photo - will the photos come out the right way up?
