Sounds like Ral had a lovely birthday and the swap meet went well.

Hope you enjoyed your bush poets breakfast Gert.

DH came home from NZ this morning after being there since Monday, good to have him home.

The bush poets are wonderful. Very enjoyable. While I was away the minions sold my house !

Yahoo. Now a three week wait to see if all is well and unconditional .

Good on the Minions Gert. I'm so pleased they sold your house. Let's hope it all goes through.

Terrific news about your house, Gert, hope it settles smoothly.  Now you can really concentrate on your new home ... do the various  settlement dates work out for you?
