Judy that isn’t quite the same recipe. The one I saw was with a Marmalade recipe.
Marina, if you make crumpets, my advice is make a double batch. Freeze them. They are messy to make.

I love Chookie's SD crumpets. We each have one and any others go in the freezer. They are so yum.
I made a David Lebovitz Banana Loaf yesterday.

I put it in the tin size he suggested but it didn’t rise that much.

I made a batch of cupcakes for the GC's visit today.  What wasn't eaten went home with them.

I finally finished the Quince Jelly.  Made 15 jars.  Also reboiled some marmalade that was a bit runny.
All labled and put away.

I made some No Fuss Rolls for burgers tonight. I put some Teff flour in them. Very nice.

Cookie,  that looks like a very nice meal. Love that Teff flour.
Had another go at the SD Crumpets in the pie maker.  Will post recipe as I think I have nailed it now.
Makes less mess than with the rings.
Judy, it would be worth trying Dan Lepard crumpet recipe in the pie maker.

I’ll hang off with the SD ones until you post the recipe Chookie.  My starter died some time back but Katie is bringing me some of hers in tomorrow.  I do like the taste of the SD crumpets.  Dans can wait LOL.

A new recipe vege and barley soup; creamy vegetarian pasta and another new recipe called southwest potato casserole.  So many recipes and so little time  :)

I made a Date and Macadamia Slice from Instagram. I think the recipe may be on their website.

They are delicious.

Wouldn’t it be amazing if we all lived closer?Even 200 km wouldn’t be impossible.  Closer could be dangerous.

I have some yoghurt brewing and some Classic Bread rising. I will make a chocolate cake later for DH’s birthday tomorrow.
